It is a profound practice respectful of our cycles - that combines breath, mudras and movement to allow our Shakti energy to flow free and restore balance & vitality.

The 3 pillars of Womb Yoga

Yoga Nidra - Sangha - Bhakti Yoga

How was Womb Yoga created ?

Womb yoga was created by Uma Dunmisore-Tuli.

A seasoned Yoga Therapist, Uma became pregnant and started to adapt her Yoga practice to suit what was actually going on in her body and being and then developed Yoga for women who were pregnant. And it is from the basis – that women are cyclical beings and have different stages of life – that Womb Yoga developed. Womb Yoga or Yoni Shakti is more than a practice, it is a movement that aims and re anchor the wisdom of the Feminine in our bodies and societies. And it starts with us.

Who is this for?

Every being that lives inside a woman’s body. It is accessible and addressed to all women from all backgrounds, at any stages of their life or menstrual cycles and with all forms of menstrual imbalance.
